Tears of joy

All of us were happy to see tears running down Helene Marchand's face as she announced that her long wait for Permanent Resident status was over. "It was a lot of struggle with the paperwork, but with the support and encouragement of the Knox congregation I worked through it," she said. "I was also able to keep on because I had faith in Jesus' words: 'I am with you always.'"

We rejoice with Helene in both her status in Canada and her faith.
