ELGIN STREET RE-OPENS!!

Good news for Knox Church plus all residents, retailers and restaurateurs on or near Elgin Street.   Elgin has re-opened for traffic as of December 16th, providing better access again to all venues.    As good or better, parking is available again on Elgin Street as well as all side streets, including Lisgar Street adjacent to the north side of Knox Church.
