The Temporal Board wishes to draw the attention of all Church employees and volunteers to the manual prepared by the Presbyterian Church in Canada entitled Leading with Care. It contains the policy to ensure a climate of safety for children, youth and vulnerable adults in the Presbyterian Church in Canada. A copy can be obtained from the Church Office and it can also be found online.

The Church’s insurers require that each year the contents of this manual be brought to the attention of all employees and volunteers for their review and guidance. The Board has taken steps to contact staff and volunteers directly, but those it might have missed are invited to consult the online manual. Members and adherents might wish to do so as well for their own information.
